Objective 2: Review current approaches to immunotherapy including immune checkpoint blockade, vaccines, CAR-T cells, CAR-NK cells, activation of myeloid cells, modulation of tumor metabolism, T/NK cell adoptive transfer, and T cell bispecific therapies.
