Objective 1: After completing this course, physicians and laboratorians will be able to properly interpret data reports generated by flow cyometry labs. They wll also be able to identify problems with data. Pathologists and laboratorians will be able to interpret the raw data generated by these instruments and use this information in their diagnosis.
By meeting the above objective my professional competence will increase because I have acquired new strategies to use in my practice.
By meeting the above objective my professional performance will improve because I should be able to implement the new strategies.
By meeting the above objective my patient outcomes should improve due to the implementation of newly-learned strategies.
